MOTOTARANIS BIKER FRIENDLY B&B ACCOMMODATION AND GUIDED TOURS OF BRITTANY
Accommodation
We have 5 bedrooms in total all of which are en-suite except for bedroom 4, which has an en-suite shower room but a private toilet just across the hallway. We can accommodate up to 12 bikers although only 5 couples, there is ample parking and we have fitted 12 bikes in the garage.
THE FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 En-suite
Set up as a twin room, this can be made into a double.
Bedroom 2 En-suite
This room has a double and a single bed so can be used as either a twin or double room.
Bedroom 3 En-suite
This room has a double bed but along with it's annex can be used as a twin room or family room, it is also
possible to have 2 single beds making it a triple room.
Bedroom 3 annex
A small annex to bedroom 3 sharing the same en-suite and entrance.
THE SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 4
This room has 3 single beds, 2 in the main room and a third in a small annex.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 has an en-suite shower room and washbasin but the private WC is across the corridor.
Bedroom 4 annex
A small annex to bedroom 4 with the third bed and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 5 En-suite
This room has a double and a single bed so can be used as either a twin or double room.
THE GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen & dining room
Downstairs there is a lounge with TV [French and English] & DVD/Video players and plenty of films, books and games. Next to the lounge is a large kitchen where we serve the breakfasts and the evening meals. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available if you need it.
To the rear of the house is the courtyard with concrete driveway and bikewash area in front of the garage and a terrace seating area in the sunniest spot behind the house. Beyond this is the secluded garden with more seating.
